Cannot open archive projectname.files/5/chunk.zip

Hi
I cannot open the psx file. I think it was my mistake because I changed the name of PSX and FILES one month ago. Now I am trying to change the name back but it doesn't work too. Probably, I do not remember the original name. Do I have a chance to rescue my project or not?

Does the project file (PSX) name corresponds to the name of the related .files directory and are both of them (file and folder) are in the same directory?

Can you find the chunk.zip archive by the path specified in the project folder?

yes, all files have the same name and all are in the proper place.

How large is the project.files folder in term of disc space? Would it be possible to send the download link to support@agisoft.com, so that we could check it on our side?

Hello Maria,

Seems like the chunk.zip and frame.zip archives for the chunk #5 are corrupted, therefore the project doesn't load.

You can skip loading the data for this chunk by editing the contents of doc.xml file in project.zip archive - just remove the line related to the problematic path.
