DJI altitude problems

It is a lot of mess with heights in the DJI drones. The reference height is changing with update of firmware. My Mavic Platinum and PHANTOM 4 PRO. There are only two options in MetaShape to define reference system. WGS84(EPSG::4326)  Ellipsoidic heights ? and the  WGS84+EGM96 hight (world geoide ?).
Is it possible to add a option in MataShape to add or subtract an offset to the height coming from the photos? It would save a lot of exporting modification an import of image. It is a error in PHANTOM 4 PRO (for the time being) 156 m to low
