Cloud Processing and OpenSSL
« on: June 20, 2019, 04:24:05 PM »
Dear Community

I am trying to align photos via cloud processing. In the preferences>network I ticked the box for "enable cloud processing" and I typed in a valid E-Mail and Password. When I press the "align photos" button there is a pop up window that asks "Schedule processing in the cloud?". If I click 'yes' there is an other pop up window that says "OpenSSL library not found. Please install OpenSSL 1.0.2 or 1.0.1 for cloud processing." I've tried about ten times to download openssl and install it (also with different versions, 1.0.1, 1.0.2, 1.1.0). The installation always worked but there was still the pop up window that I should install OpenSSL 1.0.2 or 1.0.1. Do you know what could be the problem?

Thanks for your help

Hello mariushlee,

I would suggest to install OpenSSL 1.0.2 both 64-bit and 32-bit versions, then reboot the system and check, if the cloud processing starts properly.
