How to export per-point precision values for whole cloud
« on: March 18, 2019, 02:53:30 PM »
Hi there,

I'm interested in looking at the spatial variability in the precision of tie-points. Is there a way to export this data so it is 'attached' to each and every point in the cloud?

The idea is that I then want to use this data to threshold estimates of change between 2 surveys, as per the approach of James et al., (2017) ESPL 42: 1769-1788

Hope someone can help!

Many thanks  :)

It would be great to hear an update on this.
This kind of statistical analysis would really get a lot of Surveyors interested and confident in the models.
