Hi All,
I am pretty new to the field of remote sensing and photogrammetry as well as to the software Agisoft and i am stuck on a couple of things in which anyone might be able to help with.
I processed my aerial images of a forest section to an orthomosaic and exported it as a geoTIFF to be able to use it further in ArcGIS. In Agisoft and any other Photo viewing software the orthomosaic looks really good with a very good quality, but once I load this orthomosaic into ArcGIS the colors look very pale and the quality is reduced quite a bit. I attached a screenshot of the comparison of the orthomosaic in ArcGIS (left) and Windows Photo Viewer (right). I never had any problem with loading GeoTiffs into ArcGIS from other sources before. They always looked fine and showed the same quality in ArcGIS as when opened with other software. I don't understand what is happening here. It's probably a stupid setting thing but I tried a few things and nothing seems to make it better.
My second issue is the black background. Even though I wrote an alpha channel in the export, in ArcGIS it appears with the black box, while again in other Photo Viewing software it appears without. Did anybody have similar issues and was able to fix that?
Happy about any response, advise and help.
