Multispectral Imagery (RGB and thermal)
« on: August 30, 2019, 02:23:34 PM »
Hi everyone

I'm new to this forum and to agisoft. For almost a month, I've been working with Aigsoft pro. My goal is to get 3D model with my thermal pictures. Since my camera takes both: a thermal and rbg picture each time I take a photo, it should be really easy to align them and get them together to nice 3D-model. First a tried to reasign the path. This leads to a big loss of details. Second, I figured out how to use the multispectral function, at least kind of. I got a RGB in a jpg format and a thermal image in tif with absolut temperatures. So I couple them via the multispectral imagery. I can execute each step, but when it comes to the export of the orthomosaic, I strugle. First, the picutre isn't readable with any kind of program. And second,  I just get the master (RGB) out, but I want to get the (thermal) for anything that comes after the alignment.

Does anyone know how to do this? I tried the raster calculator, but it didn't work or more detailed it just worked with the RGB.
