masks are not recognized or appears white.

hello everybody

I have a little problem with masks (.png) realized with photoshop and which I apply on my photos.
Named correctly (_mask.png) but most appears white, 1 appears "no mask". This is very surprising because they are exactly the same types of files.
Any idea of a possible issue for this problem ?

Is it possible to provide an example of such file as an attachment here or by sending the file to support@agisoft.com?

Please also specify the parameters used in the Import Masks dialog.
