Help reconstruction Castle

hello!

I have some problems reconstructing a castle, going for a high resolution high accuracy 3D model and ortho.

Flight was with my phantom 4 pro and gcp with a topcon hyper sr.

1 set of flights was a double cross grid 90° down at 41 m height.  (overlap 85/80)

--> problem, my GCP were not measured accurate (only 4cm accuracy) because there are a lot of trees on site.

2 set of flights was a double grid 75° down at 45 m height. (overlap: 85 / 80)

GCPS are ok, i can generate a decent cloud but my ortho looks crappy and overal there is a lot of noise in the pointcloud.

because of different lighting during recording my ortho looks like there a spots everywhere, is there a way to fix this?

Can you please share the PDF report from the project and the overview of the dense cloud together with the camera locations from the Model view?

Also please confirm that you are using the latest Metashape Pro version.

I'm not using the latest version of metashape pro because i have to much accuracy isues.
How do i send this report + overview?

Have you tried generating a mesh from depth maps en then generate he ortho based on the mesh as opposed to the pointc cloud?
