Marker merge by name

Hello,

It would be very useful if there was an option to merge markers with the same name automatically. I came across a Python script to do it in a tedious way which will suffice for now, but would be great if this was automated. The need for this emerges from automatic coded target detection creating duplicates.

For me the creating of duplicates of coded targets with different locations after merging looks more like a bug.
