Create and use Custom Geoid

How can I create a small area geoid model (*.tif file) with 49 points in a 2km rectangular grid and use in Agisoft Metashape ?

Please check the workflow suggested in the second part of the following instruction:
https://agisoft.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000148332-how-to-use-height-above-geoid-for-the-coordinate-system
It should allow to create the Metashape-compatible GeoTIFF file with the undulation grid and use it for compound coordinate system definition.

Please guide me to create a suitable format for my small area geoid?!
I tried many ways to create in many format with surfer,global mapper and geoid conversation utility(Eye4software company), but I cant make a correct file for Metashape.
Also I tried (Table Lon/lat/alt *.txt ) but I see this bad image in global mapper that has real geoid height just in grid points(green area in image)!!!

Also I tried Ascii grid (*.grd) but Agisoft does not accept.
and many other format I tried!!!
