Agisoft cloud issue - server replied: Not Found

Good evening,
I'm experimenting some issues with the uploading snd processing of a project on Agisoft Cloud.
Specifically, when I start the uploading of my project, I receive tis kind of messages:

    Error transferring https://api.agisoft.com:8086/v1.4/resources/raw/e6989d85-c4e8-48ca-914e-d04927df1ba2 - server replied: Not Found
    Error transferring https://api.agisoft.com:8086/v1.4/resources/raw/a1844d12-55fe-444e-8fb5-762a58e7c5ba - server replied: Not Found
    Error transferring https://api.agisoft.com:8086/v1.4/resources/raw/7743b781-8e47-4eef-a56b-b722398e4ff8 - server replied: Not Found
    Error transferring https://api.agisoft.com:8086/v1.4/resources/raw/e36cbf5d-c6ab-4b56-a6de-3c7440d16c41 - server replied: Not Found
    Error transferring https://api.agisoft.com:8086/v1.4/resources/raw/8d05da7a-1db2-4c23-8aa2-6ff068ca5421 - server replied: Not Found
    Error transferring https://api.agisoft.com:8086/v1.4/resources/raw/649a90c2-8dfd-48cb-ad81-389f86b95e94 - server replied: Not Found. ......

Then the upload of the photos starts, but after that all the project has been uploaded, the alignment does not work.
I'm using the latest build of Agisoft on a MacOS Mojave (10.14).

Hello Roberta,

Which version of Metashape Professional (specify a build number) you are using?

Does it happen for any project in the Cloud, for example, if you create a new project with a couple of images only?

Hi Alexey,
I'm using the version 1.6.5.11249.
I tested Agisoft Cloud with a small project but with a previous version (1.6.3.xxx) and all worked fine.
Now I would like to process a big project (21.09 GB) and after the issues during the upload, reported in the previous post, the project is stuck at 46% since 12 hours (see the figure attached: I've scheduled an alignment in Agisoft Cloud)
Should I hope in the completion of the work?
What can I do?

Hello Roberta,

The project that you have mentioned is still being processed - Image Matching step is in progress. The operation takes long time due to the disabled pre-selection.

As for the warning messages in Console, they seem to be related to the fact that the project has been deleted from the Cloud and then put to the Cloud again. However, despite these warning messages are posted to the Console, the images are being uploaded to the Cloud.
