radial and tangential distortion
« on: November 15, 2023, 05:27:45 PM »
I need to add my camera calibration parameters, however i cant understand which parameters from my camera fill i should add. I see that as radial distortion is k1 k2 k3 k4 but i have more values, same at tangential also i cant find which are b1, b2 Affinity and Skew (non-orthogonality) transformation coefficients. I need some help! Thank you! I attach the camera file

Hello apagkalidis,

If you are working with the scanned imagery that has fiducial marks, it is better to follow the approach described in the related article:
https://agisoft.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000159531-processing-scanned-images-with-fiducial-marks

So you just need to switch the camera type to "scanned images" option, input the focal length in mm information, input the coordinates of the fiducial marks and place them on images and then run the camera alignment.
