Open SSL Message

I installed both the 32 bit and 64 bit OpenSSL packages on this computer, and this is the message I am getting when trying to upload a cloud project.  I would really like to try out the cloud service.

Please try installing version 1.0.2 from here and then reboot the machine:

I installed the incorrect version from that page, 1.0.2 is good.  I also used the 64 bit version for my system.
