RAM speed

Hi all!
I'm upgrading my RAM and I have a question concerning its speed.
In the requirements, I read a minimum of 16-32 Go DDR3 1600.
I currently have 16 Go : DDR3 2×4 Go @ 1333 + 2×4 Go @ 1600 and I'm still able to run interesting projects without crashes.
I intend to install 32 Go : 4 × DDR3 - 8 Go @1333 only (and not 1600 as asked in the minimum requirements).
Do you think that 1333 instead of 1600 is a really important issue?

I've went from 1600mhz down to 1333mhz with no noticable difference in processing speed.
