Align chunks from separate computers

Hello,

Working on an ambitious project with inspecting a bridge with a drone. The challenge is to align photos of all the sides of the bridge. A quadrotor wing drone and a DSLR camera have been used to create chunks with different facades. The drone has also taken aerial shots (orthophoto) to contribute to the end result. Two separate computers have been used to process all images.

Can anyone help with instructions regarding merging these chunks with photos from each computer to just one single project?
