cant get top and bottom photos to align correctly

Hi when I align my turntable photos the set for the bottom of the object isn't oriented correctly, the bottom set are being aligned to the top.  I added a photo to show what I mean.  I dont know if there is a way to fix this or rotate the set of photos so it makes a clean seamless model.

Hello kless,

I think you should mask the background, as the tie points found on the background surface affect the alignment procedure.

This set was done with masking the firest photo from each angle is that not enough would I need to have an image of the background if I want to mask all the images.

yes I tried tie point and key point neither got it to match.
