Change default label position for points with attached marker

Hi all,

when placing point shapes with attaced markers in a project, the labels are hidden by marker flag...

in attached capture, 2 points labeled 1 and 5 were placed with markers attached...

For better clarity, it would be great if label could be positioned at bottom right relative to point  ...
