Support for push-broom satellite images
« on: October 18, 2013, 11:47:16 AM »
Hi,
an increasing number of very high resolution satellites now offer tri-stereo images with 90% overlap (e.g., Pleiades @ 0.5m ). With simple support for RPCs to calculate camera parameters instantaneously, Photoscan could handle that task easily.

Great day to all,
Matthieu

In version 1.6 of Metashape Pro the support for satellite imagery with RPC data has been added.

Alexey,

This is probably a dumb question: but if I am trying to acquire Pleides tri-stereo images for processing in Metashape, what are the imagery requirements besides having the RPC data? For instance, must the imagery contain the full swath width of the sensor?

Thanks!
