exporting point cloud filtered by confidence

Hello everyone,

First of all I'm really glad to have discovered the possibility to calculate the point confidence of a point cloud. This is really great improvement in Metashape, it makes its products more reliable !

Now my question is, is there a way to export the filtered dense cloud from the interface ?

Hello GGR,

The suggested workflow is the following:
- filter the dense cloud by confidence using low confidence values,
- select and delete these points,
- reset filter,
- export points.

Thank you for your answear. This is the hard way but an efficient one.

I'ld suggest, for the next release an export option such as "export the selected points".

+1 for Export Selected when only displaying points with a certain confidence range

Export selected option would be nice.

Until then i usually assign a class (eg. unclassified) to the points with very low confidence (instead of deleting them as Alexey mentioned) and when i export points i do this by de-selecting the class with low confidence.
