Stamped Time or Date when done build each workflow

Have a question for you :

So whenever you build any workflow , How do I know when is the date that was builed ?

For example, if you build a orthomosaic and wanted to know when is the date last build ?

All I see is none here :

If you want or need to track any of the assets within a project by any parameter,  you could easily rename the asset with the info or your choice.  For example, "Ortho 3, 20201020"

Of course I could do that but what I am trying to say "stamp the time, day, dates" on the chart I just showed here
