Agisoft Beta Cloud
« on: July 02, 2020, 10:43:47 PM »
Hi everyone,

I'm trying to build a mesh of a project I have on the agisoft cloud. At 25-30 % of the process (8GB photos uploading) I get a message error and the process is aborted.

Any solution to this? I am not processing on my computer because I ran out of memory.

Best regards

Alexey Pasumansky

Hello vdelpuerto,

Which Metashape version you are using? It is the latest release version of 1.6.3 (build 10732)?

Hello vdelpuerto,

Then please send the complete output from the Console pane related to the failed synchronization operation to support@agisoft.com and in the same message specify the project name in the cloud.

Hi Alexey,

I tried generating a mesh in the cloud with other project, and got the same error than the previous one.
