Notes- Users invited to a project via E-mail were automatically added as External and granted Viewer access to the shared project.
- If such a project is later deleted, the invited users may still appear in the team with the External role. However, they will have no access to any projects, folders, or data—ensuring complete security. If there's no further need for collaboration, team owners or admins can simply remove them from the team.
