Is it possible to remove noise fron the surface of the model?

It doesn't seem to matter how careful I am still get some noise on the models surface. 

Most extra floating noise is easy to remove, but that on the model will take the surface with it.

Any suggestions appreciated.

The image is not very helpful, but generally if accuracy is not very important to you, you can always export the mesh to Blender (or any other 3d modelling software) and use sculpting tools to smooth the surface. You can always bring back the post-processed mesh and re-texture it in Metashape.
