I have produced an orthomosaic in Agisoft Metashape from 2010 images using the RedEdge Dual MX 10-band multispectral sensor. The ortho was exported as a geotiff and opened in QGIS (ver 3.6.3). All 10 bands were recognized, however when I run the raster histogram calculator, all 10 bands have a spike in pixel values of 65535, with each band having a frequency count of 269.
I have attached an image of the full histogram and another zoomed in on the extreme values. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to remove these in Metashape prior to export? Or are there suggestions for dealing with the extreme values in QGIS?
