Calculation of volume considering vegetation interference.
« on: December 23, 2024, 09:40:26 PM »
Good afternoon. I am calculating the volume of several eucalyptus piles, but vegetation is interfering with the volumetry. I tried increasing and decreasing the number of vertices in my polygon, but I am unable to achieve a satisfactory result. The base level falls outside what would be normal, and the result remains inconsistent even when I adjust the level manually. Below is a screenshot of the situation with the orthophoto and DEM. Is there any way to solve or at least improve this?

Hello Pedro,

Can you please clarify, what you would like to improve or fix to get accurate measurement results? Or at least what steps you are following and at which of them you are not getting anything expected.
