Can you show the point cloud from the other side?

Hello ugo,

If the source point cloud that is being imported to Metashape contains the normals (for example, if E57 format is used), they will be loaded to the project and will not be re-calcualted.

Point normals calculation is only performed to the imported point clouds, which lacks the point normal information.

To fix the current project you can set up the point of view in the Model view as looking straight to the facade, then select all points of the dense cloud and use Tools Menu -> Dense Cloud -> Invert Point Normals operation with the "opposite normals only" option enabled. It may help, if the geometry is not that complex.
