« on: December 02, 2020, 05:55:09 PM »
I am using the latest version 1.6.5 also tried 1.7

When I do a Align Photos after a bit of time My machine reboots completely.

Is there any logs or anything I can check to see what is going on?

Where would I find these logs.

Thanks.

Hello aaronfhd,

Please enable "write log to file" in the General preferences tab, restart Metashape and try to reproduce the crash.

If it happend, please send the log to support@agisoft.com. If you are using Windows, check Windows Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Application sections. If there are any error-marked lines related to metashape.exe save them to .evtx format file and send to support with the log.

Usually hard crashes and system reboot issues are related to the hardware/driver issues. You may need to check RAM, also make sure that power supply is sufficient for the complete system configuration under heavy load and that no overheat is observed.
