To Create and to export a Section from Ortho
« on: March 04, 2021, 04:00:46 PM »
Hello everybody!

When I export a profile from Ortho (in dxf), I can't see it in Autocad. I just see the polyline which represents the "cut" of the area.

The step I followed were:

1)I have drawn a polyline on the Ortho to indicate the section line;
2)I updated altitudes;
3) I checked the result on Profile tab
4) I have saved in dxf format

I have the latest version of the software.

Please, Could someone help me?

Thank you.

Exporting profile as 3d dxf is supposed to produce exactly what you got. a 3d polyline. If you want rather to export the profile plot with axis, labels, etc. I'm affraid you need to export the profile as an image and paste it wherever you need it in your drawing, but it will not be a vector graphic.
