please, could someone explain what is the meaning of error in reference windows?

Please, have  a look at my dense cloud model in respect to marker.....

thanks

Hello ascreus,

I think you are observing the problem similar to the one described in the following article:
https://agisoft.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000152491-working-with-dji-photos-altitude-problem-

The altitude loaded for the camera locations is estimated from the different level compared to the GCPs altitude.

Hy

Yes, I understand the problem but....camera reference have not the flag on!
That should mean that are not considered, or not?

Hello ascreus,

Have you optimized the camera alignment after introducing the markers and unchecking the cameras?

yes....

I usually perform a first run only with uav reference
later I introduce gcp, re-alignment, build dense cloud, build dem

When I introduce a new Gcp, I need to manually recognize it in "all" of the photo?

In my opinion the three GCP 9, 8 and 1 looked like the altitude number is wrong...

They need to be sit at the surface instead of at the sky if you know what I mean.

The rest of other GCP should be ok.

No, the altitude is correct....

buit the problem is: why there is a big difference beetwen  "evaluated error" and "real" error?

the optimize alignment should "force" the model to have the "real" coordinate...or not?
in other words: introducing markers help to deform the first auto-model or not?
thanks

Hey ascreus,  try setting your camera accuracy to 250 meters & photo angle accuracy to ~5-10°.  That should solve your problem.
