Model Confidence greyed out?

Hi everyone,

I generated a mesh using depth maps and want to check the confidence of my model to figure out where I may need to take additional photos. However, when I go to the toolbar to select "Model Confidence", it's greyed out.

Am I missing something here? Was there a step I missed? When I generated the mesh, I made sure to select the option for calculating vertex colors.

I don't recall if I had done anything. I went through the process again and this time I was able to get the model confidence. I thought maybe it was because I had scaled the model, but even after scaling the second attempt, the model confidence menu selection was still available.

What kinds of operations would cause the model to lose its confidence values?

Is it possible, that at first you have accidentally generated mesh from the dense cloud, which doesn't support confidence calculation for the mesh?
