Splitting project in chuncks (5000 pictures)

Hello,

I have a question, i have a big project with 5000 images of 20mp. It's a factory site.
I want to proces the entire site in a high to ultra high pointcloud to combine with terrestal scanning.

Is it better to match all images and then split up the project?
