Hello dronesurveyconsultancy,

Do the altitude values for the cameras from different chunk correspond to the height above same ellipsoid or same geoid?

When you look at the camera locations right after loading images to the project, do they form one or two considerably offset levels?

Hello Alex,

There is a big difference between the altitude, this because of the difference days of mapping.

2 offset levels

Hello dronesurveyconsultancy,

If the images were taken from more or less similar real altitude level, you may need to fix the offsets (using script, for example). Otherwise, I would suggest to uncheck all cameras in the Reference pane and perform the Align Photos operation using Generic preselection only (without Reference).
