I'm working on photogrammetric models made with microscopic images.
I got interesting results with a x20 lens, but I'd like to get a few regions of my 3D model to have a x500 quality.
Taken the insect below, imagine having the whole insect made with x20, and one of the holes in the eyes that would be zoomable thanks to x500 images.
How would you proceed to get that effect?
1 Mesh 1 Chunk?
1 Mesh with many chunks?
Different meshes?
Small precision: this "zoom" mode will be interactive in Unity
