Problem with support of Mavic Pro 2 Hassemblad Camera

Hello,

When I load a set of photos of the Mavic pro 2 Hassemblad (camera model L1D-20c) Metashape racognize the camera model as Test_Pro whithout calibration parameters! Is normal?

Hello Andrea,

only the model name seems changed from regular LDC-20c but pixel size (0.00241 mm) and focal (10.26 mm) are correct so I would not worry.

If you share one example image we could always check the Exif data to see why name has changed....

"Test_Pro" is the camera name that is recorded in XMP of the images from this camera. In Metashape XMP has priority over EXIF data.

It seems to be an issue of DJI firmware, so if you have any contact in DJI, you can let them know, that the camera name is incorrectly kept in XMP meta data.

I've seen recently similar problems for this camera/drone coming from other users.
