higher error from aligning photos after GNSS post-processing corrections

Hello. I'm getting slightly higher error aligning the photos after I've post processed their center points using Emlid Studio. Before post processing, the total error was 0.405m. After post processing, the total error was 0.543m. I used the same settings in the Align Photos window.



Could it be because I did not get corrections for 100% of the photos in Emlid Studio?



I'm not sure why this is the case, as the local base station I'm using reports the RINEX data during the flight as 100% complete.
