Multi-temporal Alignment

Hello!


 I have 3 flights over the same site, approximately 300 acres. The flights were taken throughout the summer and we are wanting to align each of them together so we can properly evaluate the changes in vegetation through time. I was told that this can be done through a multi-temporal alignment feature, but am unsure of how to do this, any ideas?
