Flattened model

Dear Users,
I’ve a serious problem with a few of my models. The point is that the height of model is correct when I create the dense cloud without GCP points. When I add the GCP after alignment the model flattened. So where is the problem?
By the way is it possible to use GCP without Z value?

Since no one answer to your question,  Did you use your drone to take that picture ? If that is the case, it should provide you the height in it.

Also, need to screenshot your GCP in the  reference pane and where are your location in ?
