No response from Metashape

Hello all,

lately I have beeen getting no response from Metashape when I try to resize a pane or switch from Photos pane to Console,....

This lasts a few minutes before I can continue work.. it is annoying and I do not know if it is a bug or performance issue.. see attachment

My laptop is not the most potent: i7 processor, 16 GB Ram with a Nvidia Geforce 670MX graphics card... But it does the job.. I am using latest Metashape version....

Any insight on this issue will be welcome...

Do you observe this only in rich-console mode after some extensive operations (when the console is full of lines)?

Hi Alexey,

yes this frreezing / no response usually happens when trying to do some action implying Console pane (resize it relative to adjacent pane, switch between Photos and Console pane, ........)

Dear support,

This problem keeps popping up and freezes Metashape when trying to move or resize photos pane relative to console ...

I am using rich console but this is really annoying...

Please consider a fix for this inconvenience
