merging models from seperate files?

Hi All,

thanks for stopping by.

I processed multiple models of the same object in separate files. basically each process an individual file.
I want to merge them all into one file. and align them to each other to have the same orientation and location.

how can this be done without reprocessing everything within one file?

Hello majou,

If you have Metashape projects for each model, you can add all of them to the same Workspace via File Menu -> Append command, then align the chunks with the help of markers.

Hi Alexy,

I didn't know such thing existed. I had been trying with Export\Import options all the time which didn't do the job.
Will do as advised.
