Add a photo needed after already workflow Now what ?

I do have a question about a project I worked on in the past. In it has 5 photos and is already build Dense Cloud, Mesh, Texture, DEM and Orthomosaic.

Now I need to add one more to it because the person needs it.

What is the best practice to do this ?

Hello Probert,

If you havent used keep keypoints option in the original algnment, then Im afraid youwill need to do a complete new alignment for the 6 foto data set....

Are you refer to the  options in the Advanced section in the Preference settings ?

So are you saying if I enable "Keep key points" on, then re-do the realignment ?

If it is not enable then all ok ?

Probert,
you would need to have had Keep keypoints enabled when you did the original project. If not then you will need to do the whole alignment process starting with keypoint detection...

If you did 'tools->build tie points' with the original 5 aligned images, would that also regenerate the key points?

If so, then you could enable 'keep key points', then 'build tie points' thus keeping the existing alignment and getting the key points back, and then add and align the 6th image without affecting/losing anything (except time!).

I think it was enabled on "Keep Key Points" on my original project.  Actually I had that backup on my external hard drive. I will need to check on that.

I have use that tool build tie points thing many times.
