Laser scan processing gone wrong

Hi guys,

we are processing laser scans together with aerial data from drone. Our laser scans are containing intensity data and are georeferenced. For import we used .ptx files and they all seem to be imported fine.

Problem is that after processing we get pointcloud in form of large cube filled with black and white points, so something has gone wrong. I'm attaching screenshot of dense cloud in attachment.

What can we do to correct this?
