Can't open archive: G:...filename.files/0/chunk.zip

Hi All,
While in the process exporting an orthomosaic, my computer froze and I shut it down. When I opened Metashape again and tried to open my filename.psx file to receive the error "Can't open archive: G:...filename.files/0/chunk.zip". Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Have you checked, if chunk.zip archive can be unpacked at all using system tools?

Hi Alexey,
Windows built in compression tool says it cannot open it and says the compressed folder is empty, despite having 183Kb in size. Z-zip says that its not an archive.

Hello James,

Unfortunately, it seems that the project cannot be recovered, as frame.zip and chunk.zip archives contain important information related to the project (such as camera EO/IO parameters, reference values and etc.).

It strange, anyway, that the project got corrupted during the export operation, as exports do not affect the project contents.
