component disappears after merge

I assigned three manual parkers to images in two separately aligned components with the intention of merging them. After I merged them the two components disappeared without a trace.

Can you please send the project file with the alignment results and placed markers (prior to components merging operation) to support@agisoft.com?
Also please specify Metashape version used.
