DNS error on license server

Dear Agisoft team,

We are currently encountering a problem to access to our license server. The DNS access looks down.
All our process are then currently stopped.

Hello Yoann,

We are currently trying to resolve the issue of the unexpected activation server termination.

If you are observing the problems with rehostable license activation/deactivation, please send to support@agisoft.com the first sections of the license keys that you have problems with.

In case you have global floating license server on RLM-cloud, please send the related primary/failover license files to support@agisoft.com.

As soon as we have a solution, even a temporary one, we will suggest it to everyone, who observe the activation issues.

Hello Alexey

From last Friday until now again the licensing server is revoting activation/deactivation requests. The answer looks like:

~/metashape-pro/metashape.sh --deactivate
Error requesting license revoke
Unexpected error occurred.
Details: Activation Pro Unlicensed (-160)


Are you able ping your college from the help desk again ?

Currently all activation and deactivation operations for Professional edition of Metashape are managed manually. We are doing our best to manage the requests as fast as possible, but if you require to transfer the licenses frequently, please consider using temporary offline license attached to our official announcement:
