Basemap not loading

I have a project that used to display the underlying satellite basemap w/o any issues.  However, now I simply get a light blue colored satellite basemap and nothing else?  If I switch over to the map version of the basemap it loads properly.  Also, when I view the satellite basemap in other projects (on the same computer) it seems to load fine. 

Could this one project be corrupted somehow?  Is there a way to to refresh the satellite basemap data?  I have tried Tools >>> Preferences >>> Advanced >>> Clear Basemap Cache with no luck.  Any other suggestions as to how I might get the satellite basemap to show properly in this project?

Hello bssackmann,

Do you observe the problem in Model or Ortho view mode for the specific project?

Can you please make sure that the project has been processed properly and georeferencing is correct? If you do not see any issues with the georeferencing, can you please send the problematic project with the alignment results to support@agisoft.com?
