fbx export results in .mtl files

Everytime I export my model and chose fbx for the export flavor I get a resulting .mtl file (along with associated textures)
I woudl expect to see a .fbx file in there as well. Is this a glitch?
The person who needs my model will be using autocad and has asked for fbx format.

What version of Metashape you are using? Can you please also provide the screenshot of the Export Model dialog with the parameters used?
