Close-Range Multispectral Imagery calibration
« on: June 07, 2022, 06:39:22 PM »
Hello

Is it possible to export calibrated images from agisof (calibration using the panel, micasense camera) so that the output files have the correct reflectance? So that, it will be possible to read the refactance manually and calculate the indians of vegetation. Due to the low ceiling, agisoft is not able to make orthomosaic
Anticipating questions, I am weak at programming and cannot calibrate using the script recommended by Micasene

Best regards
Paweł

Hello Pawel

Tools -> calibrate reflectance -> build orthomosaic as usual -> export orthomosaic -> import to GIS software -> calculate vegetation index

Have a look here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvoQEL0jJPc

thanks for the answer but that's not what I mean. I want to export calibrated photos without building an orthomosaic. Anyway, due to the short distance, the program does not manage to assemble the mosaic from a short distance
