Licence on New PC

Hi,

The former PC I used crashed so I had to install my OS on a new one.
When I tried to activate Metashape with my licence key, it says that the "Activation key is already in use".
But as my old PC has crashed I can not deactivate the key.

How can I use my licence key ?

Hello Alterco,

Please send the following information to support@agisoft.com:
- first section of the license key used,
- hostname of the machine, where the license has been previously activated,
- approximate purchase data and online order number or reseller's name.
