Network Processing
« on: July 08, 2022, 05:42:53 PM »
Hi All,

Hopefully someone can help with this.
I'm trying to setup network processing. I have 3 nodes, and one Server. One of the nodes is also my Client machine

I've created a shared network drive (t:/) that is the same on all of the machines

Upon trying to start the process on a data set I get an error that it can't open the file C:\Program files\Agisoft\Metashape Pro\Project.psx
That file doesn't exist, as the file is t:\Project.psx

Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong?

Thanks
John

Hello John,

In the client GUI (where from you start the network processing) you need to define Root path (path to same shared folder, that you define on the processing nodes), then re-open the project using the same root path (if you are using virtual drive, then use T:/project.psx, not //STORAGE/project.psx).

P.S. Usually we recommend to use UNC paths for root (both on nodes and client machine).
