No Point cloud / model showing up after georef ?! Urgent

Hi there,

i just created a model out of depth maps and after that i imported coordinates and referenced my gcp on the photos.
Now the points show up perfectly aligned in my model. But i cant build a DEM or Orthophoto now. Error "unsupported datum transformation" is showing up.
It for sure has something to do with the model already being generated and ref. after that.
So i deleted all the models and tie points but stayed with my referenced photos and wanted to allign them new.
The process works just fine but in the end no tie points or models are showing up... what am i making wrong?
